A blueness of being

First day of new routine, so of course I was out for a walk early. The tide was right up and everything was just... well... blue!

Elizabeth castle is right on my doorstep so it will be a regular blip subject, albeit a constantly changing vista with the tides and the skies. 

Getting down with the water in extras... When I was a kid we used to swim straight off steps like these at high tide, without any intervention from adults or lifeguards!

Today has been a long work day, catching up with things, trying to regain full focus. I really enjoyed being in my new space, took a few breaks but worked on until late evening. Ready for bed now, that's for sure!
