Standing Alone
After my appointment at the Spinal Clinic and did some shopping on my home.
It was to have been 18c today but it sure it didn't reach it where we live. Apart from some sun early in the morning it has been gloomy all day.
History of the Grape Hyacinth
Muscari, a genus name derived from the Greek word for musk, alludes to the delicious fragrance of many of the brood, which originated mostly in Italy, Greece, North Africa, Turkey, Armenia, and the Caucasus. The flowers of this genus typically cluster like grapes on the stalk, hence the common name Grape Hyacinth.
