The signs for the Inverness Courier and the Highland News have been removed, as a complete refit of their publisher's former home gets underway. The new residents, Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL), will be using the building as their centre for remote management of air traffic for the airports at Sumburgh, Dundee, Inverness, Kirkwall and Stornoway.

Back on the 16th January of this year, did a long exposure night view Blip of New Century House. It was the following day that HIAL announced they'd be concluding the purchase of the building for their, "new Combined Surveillance Centre".
