One thing

leads to another.

We call it the little room. It's not large enough to put a bed in, so it's not a spare bedroom. It has a bookcase, a wardrobe and some moving boxes in it. We leave the door always open to having daylight on the landing. On the walls, we had sound-absorbing material because Bert always studied trumpet and I studied flute once in a while.
We keep the bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. It was not hard to reduce and rearrange these. I dealt with the moving boxes yesterday. Today we removed everything from the bookcase and cleaned it. That was when Bert proposed to pull the sound-absorbing material off the wall.

Now we have a room to renovate! \○/
