Walk this way

Couldn't resist this pedestrian sign in the demolition site which is, I think, a remnant of when the John Lewis depository had the health and safety elves in, resulting in the painting of a lot of yellow lines on the ground and a few of these sorts of signs, to make sure people were not run over by reversing trucks.

For those who are fed up with this unremitting grimness, then there are some sweet peas in the extras, gifted to us from their garden by F and G on Sunday. They've done well.

It has rained continuously all day. I'm glad we're getting out of here for a few days tomorrow.
