Tuesday

I was unsure whether to do Art Therapy today. It would be good for a distraction but could I cope with conversation? I joined and for the first time ever it was only me. Others had called off. So it was just me and the teacher. It was intense and didn't really want to talk, although she had other ideas. 

I had no idea what to do today, but somehow it all came together. 

The usual questions after were hard as it was just me and I had no time to listen to others. 

I got asked what I saw when I looked at the picture.
