Taco Tuesday

Very very busy day today. 12 hours solid on the go in obstetrics. 2 theatres solid all day with 9 cases and lots of blood. Was amazing to walk in at home and see Amy and the boys had made a Mexican feast including these gorgeous Tacos. Happy Matt now.
