Nearly 3 years on....

3 years ago my mum asked me to re-home Daisy her (and dads) cat. 3 years ago I suddenly didn’t know which way was up....a new home was found....something I have regretted ever since! Today I received this photo of Daisy, happily asleep. She lives with a lady, she is a companion, they both adore each other. I’m happy for daisy and her new mummy but I’m sad I made a judgment call when I wasn’t in the position to make it! I would love daisy back....but how can you say that to someone you have never met and to someone who loves her and is happy to keep in touch with an annual photo.....*sigh*
