like a fish to water

There have been many months without swimming and it’s a real joy to see the children happy in the water. They would stay in it all day if permitted!

Gratefuls:

1. Thoughts of Mum floating around my mind left me feeling all at sea and then a message from a dear friend, who had remembered that today was the day she died 6 years ago, brought such warmth and comfort;
2. Antony making a glorious mistake on the morning bread run meaning we ate our own body weight in croissants and jam;
3. Eve being thoroughly delighted by a plate of sliced bananas and apple.
