A grey day.  An indoor day apart from an evening hour with Jamie and Meg.   Assorted little jobs jobbed but not really sure where the day went!   I did cut up the latest pile of loppings from the Leylandii out front.  A man with a chainsaw is coming to look at them later this week, they're much too big for me to deal with and also close to the house.

Serge Saliba is a leading breeded of hybrid Achimenes and it may be that the name attached to this curious semi-double form is only to say that it's one of his.   There are  very many!
