Cold start again this morning. Nice walk out with pete early door, extra chilli now most of my hair been cut off!

Into work, had downloaded fleetwood mac's 'rumours' last night, as well as local lad jake bugs album. rumours is timeless, really enjoyed the journey to work listening to it.

think today seems like the first day of the year without deadlines, so tried to get back into a little bit of a routine.

Popped out at lunch for a jacket spud, spinning tonight again so need the carbs!

Good afternoon and a good journey home. In for six, and even time for an altercation with my neighbour (he's ripped down my washing line, and been on my property to do it! how dare he!) before going out on a long walk with pete and then an hours spinning!
