William Wallace would be proud.

This may not look like much to you, but to me its FREEDOM. Something I've been wanting for near on 22 months or more now.

You see, for 18months of their hideous contract I was subjected to little, or no signal. Customer service that reached new levels of offensive, and the inability to comply with basic consumer law... Then an additional 4 months of them taking money from my account, despite trying to leave them.

So, to you Vodafone, a big thumbs down. 0/10. Must try harder! Now for the long process of going through the various consumer watchdogs to get as much of the money they owe me back. Seems as when you send them your notice to leave them, they pretend not to receive it and just carry on taking money from you.

If anyone wants any advice trying to tackle them, Trading Standards were brilliant for me and really seemed to be keen to help me out!
