River turned to loch

Narrow Black Cart Water has overflowed due to all day Tuesday rains with no visible improvement today. This is usual in winter months not the start of August. Heard that roads flooded and or closed in the west of scotland.
Oh well well well the water butt is full again for the greenhouse tomatoes
