Hearty

Today had a mellow feel to it.  I think it was the weather - warm, cloudy and a strong breeze.  It felt rather surreal.  I managed a pre-work walk around the village.  It was quiet, just a few dog walkers and joggers out.  I like to see the front gardens and enjoy the different flowers and plants.  Roses grow well here and there are many prolific and colourful roses scrambling over walls and climbing up porches.  Some houses and gardens look quite derelict and nature has taken over, others are carefully thought about and manicured.  Its all quite fascinating.

Andy bought some new and usually rather expensive muesli several weeks ago.  It has beetroot and ginger in it and is rather delicious.  So a big heart from me to the muesli and wishing you a lovely evening!
