Favourite painting

Another traumatic week at work, this is not a good time to be an idealist public servant. The media seemed to have convinced someone that public servants are all overpaid bureaucrats that do not do much in fact we are all probably communists out to destroy Capitalism(if only). So its been open season to hack at our employment rights , pension and take away jobs, budgets and services. The vulnerable, children, the poor those in need of care or communities trying to help themselves are all suffering as valuable services are lost and in a gated community somewhere a banker sits working out the next tax dodge, wondering how they got away with the dodgy practices that brought the country to its heels, pours him or herself another glass of champers and laughs .
