Dr Foster, R.I.P.

Dr Ralph Foster was a long time member of Friends of Belair National Park and was a highly respected botanist and scientist. He passed away recently at the age of 85.
Today we collected this memorial plaque to be placed in the special garden at the Park's Volunteer Centre. Ralph's close friend and executor is handing the plaque over to Paladian.
