Painkiller

A last minute blip with a last minute inspiration, due to a last minute realisation that I should complete an application for grant today!

It was certainly good that my husband reminded me, so the application was successfully done - but I also got an awful tension on my neck during the process. So here, I present you my favourite remedy for most kinds of pain: a longish bag filled with grain, warmed up in the micro.
