FRUIT CAKES AND APPLE PIE.

It’s been a lovely sunny day so I’ve got on with jobs inside today. Tony’s been packing his fishing tackle stuff up ready for his trip to France with my older son Greg. They’ll be away for 10 days so my daughters going to come and stay in the evenings with me. I’ve just made some fruit cakes and an apple pie for them to take with them. They’ve got a nice lady that cooks for them and they’ll be sleeping in a tent round the lake while they’re there. There are 12 men fishing around the lake having a great time. They’ve got their own beer tent so I think it’ll be like a bachelor holiday. Take care and I’ll speak again tomorrow.
