Curry Supper

I seem to have made friends with the lovely couple who run the Post Office round the corner. I took a Blip of Prakash on Sunday with some volunteer newspaper deliverers. Then this morning I got an email from him telling me to pop in to pick up some food made by Dipti. 

I have just popped in after the queue had died down and was presented with this potato and tomato curry with some chapatis to go with it. What a kind thought. It smells delicious so it's going to be tonight's supper. Dipti posed for me and I think she looks great. What super food. Nothing quite like an authentic curry - light and not too spicy.
