Thames walk

A cloudy start to the day so I jet washed the duck ponds and then washed the kitchen floor - the 2 aren't linked!

After lunch I took myself off to Greenhithe for a walk along the Thames path and around Swanscombe peninsula. Under here is a tunnel for the high speed train I used to get to Stratford. The peninsula itself is an ex cement works and so far £70mn had been spent designing the Paramount "Disney world" theme park that may appear here in who knows how many years only another £5 billion to go before then. What a waste of money that could be spent on something useful...

I was going to have a pint in the Greenhithe pub, but it was shut :-(
