Quinoa

During lockdown I seeded some quinoa from the pantry and planted the seedlings in the allotment. It looks like we may have enough for one salad!
Potatoes did well too and we had some nice potato salad with barbecued courgettes tonight. Tomato production is in full swing now too and hopefully it will last a few weeks.
