Curry mission

Last car in the car park. The local Indian Restaurant is temporarily a no go zone after I found out that it scores very badly on the food hygiene side of things which means traveling further afield to go out for a Friday night curry! Friday usually means walk to the local brewery for food and a pint but I only arrived home after 7 tonight and was very tired and hungry so plans had to be changed. Now back home, still tired but warm and ready to relax :-) zzzzzzzzz

I'm sure you have heard of the food hygiene rating system. You'll be surprised if you check the star ratings of your local eateries....spread the word and maybe standards will rise! Places don't need to display the star rating in their premises so you could be eating somewhere with poor hygiene standards and be none the wiser....slap in your postcode and local places are displayed. My local Indian scored a zero and has now improved to a score of 1- oh dear! Food Standards website link :-)
