Upside Down You're Turning Me

So after feeling really awful yesterday - I awoke feeling much fresher today. 

So I asked Tooli if she needed to run; and she said yes. 

I am so glad  I went.  The sky was beautiful, there was not a puff of wind in the air.  It was warm. 

The puddles that have grown over the last three days of rain were beautiful in the stillness. 

She ran, I pedalled in silence, enjoying the tranquility.  There were very few other people  around, I swung from side to side of the path, taking my time and watching the far away horizon.

I hope it will be like this tomorrow.
