So much time spent on the computer this morning, trying to sort out how to access our statement for the visa/mastercard deposits we make via phone.....so many different people...all saying the same thing...i can't help you, try this #!!!   very frustrating.  finally got a lovely young guy who was so patient and helpful.....but we seemed to  be missing some digits in our bank account #......calls to the bank, finally got it all sorted and filled in the new online enrolling thingie....only to be told they couldn't complete it and that we should contact customer service!!!  I'll try again tomorrow.

off to Rae for a massage and 'cupping' on my knee replacement....very painful but i know it will do good!    a short nap was had and then a swim in the pond...so refreshing.

now to start dinner...Karen will help thankfully...i'm kinda knackered!

Looks like i've reached one of those milestones....9 years blipping...actually it's been over 11 years...i guess i've missed 2 years worth over that time.   Still feel very thankful for this lovely community....and to still be in touch with some from 11 years ago....so wonderful.
