Harvest
L and J came for lunch on their way back from Devon. It was really great to see them again. After they had gone I visited G and J for a cup of tea in their garden with their great niece (my granddaughter!) little I - as her father was combining and her mother was baling and I had been busy with the visitors.
Good news - our wheat has passed the test and is now going for milling wheat! In other words it will be made into flour and we will get paid more per tonne for it!
In the photograph the combine is about to empty its load into the trailer.
