Fond Memories

The echinacea in the back garden was put in last year and has grown strong and tall this summer.  It is extra special as they were one of Mum's favourite plants.  She had many different varieties in her garden.  Shame we can't chat about them now I have some of my own.  All those conversations we never had the chance to have.

I had a new experience today - a visit to a physio.  It was all quite enlightening.  I've had a minor but niggling problem with my right knee since January when I ran a 5k without building up to it and with old trainers.  Apparently I am fine to jog again if I build up slowly but I need to strengthen my bum and thigh muscles too!  Also apparently I have a stiff lower back - probably from all the digging at the allotment.  The physio had a rather lovely practice - located at the back of her house and looking out over a beautiful garden.  It seemed a most calm working environment.  I hope you can keep cool tonight.  Best wishes.
