Feeding time!

Three different bird species on the feeders at the same time - Goldfinch, Starling and Sparrow. This shows the benefit of the 'cage' feeder to keep the Starlings from pinching all the food  - a sparrow is in there totally ignoring the Starling who can only grab a little bit by reaching through the cage.
By the way - the peculiar angle of the feeders is due to a Starling landing on top of the camera, tilting it a bit but but no damage  as the tripod is lashed to a heavy plant pot so won't fall anyway!
