Holding Hands

Well, me and Florence were made to come in from the garden at 1100 hours this morning, because she said it was too hot. And she said it was going to be even hotter at 1300 hours when she noted the temperature for her blanket, thirty-one degrees Celsius and it would be even hotter. We were not let out early this morning either as the Ocado lorry was coming. So instead of being in the garden at 0700 hours, we had to wait in our bedroom for two hours; it is just not good enough!!

So because she would not let us out to play I decided to sit on her lap and to put my paw on her hand so she could not use it to do anything.  

She said we could go out when it got cooler. That will be after 2100 hours and it will be dark. We are not allowed out in the dark; you just cannot win!!
