Paused Shielding - Day 7

Pimms O’Clock! 

(Another glass clinking blip, but another personal record of life in Lockdown.)

Met up with a friend in the park for a catch-up on news, a picnic lunch, and a belated birthday drink. 5 mins after taking this pic it started to rain! Luckily we were sat under a very large tree which kept us dry every time a shower passed over. Back home, I got the hose pipe out to water the garden. 5 mins after starting the watering, it poured down!

Don’t know what happened to today’s forecast of hot sunshine, it’s been a mainly overcast day of heavy thundery showers, but very humid at 26 degrees. Tomorrow we’re forecast 30 degree sunshine; we’ll see...
