2 weeks on

A very warm night.....not the best for sleeping.
Woke early....dozed on and off, then went down to make a brew.

I didnt bother with breakfast, wasn't overly hungry and we had already decided to have lunch in town, so off we went....warm, a bit humid & muggy, mainly overcast though :-/

Bought what we needed then had coffee followed by a cheese ham & mushroom omelette for me, hub had his club sandwich.
Pleased to see the cafe was busy, all tables occupied and people waiting outside.

We drove over to see youngest son and DiL, mid afternoon, got there just after 3, as he finished work earlier today. DiL not had any luck finding a new job as yet :-/

3 hours whizzed by, we just sat outside chatting, drinking cold beverages and eating ice-pops ;-)

Dinner tonight was just a quick salad bowl topped with griddled crispy mackerel.....the windows are all wide open now, the downside of cooking smoked fish :-/

Todays blip, two weeks on from last time I blipped it, is one of my two white aggies..... they are coming into full flower now, so so pretty!

Think we are in for another warm night tonight and tomorrow is supposed to be our best day weather wise.....so a little bbq is planned for tomorrow evening all being well.
