Lunch!

Busy this morning getting organised for lunch, so no biking today again.

The girls came over at 1pm, and we sat outside for nibbles and bubbles. It wasn’t the hot hot day of down south - when is it ever - but it was warm and pleasant. A delicious meal was enjoyed (poached dressed side of salmon from Waitrose with a new potato salad, asparagus and mixed green leaves, followed by pavlova with strawberries and cream YUM YUM) along with several bottles of bubbly, and then we sat outside again after the meal. We were well spread out around our extended table.

Archie went out for a walk with Ella later in the afternoon. He has a wee surprise tomorrow - we’re taking him to check out the doggie day care, or actually, they’ll be checking him out...
