What A Day!

Today started out great but, quickly went downhill....I concluded the day under the distinct impression that I was contagious [my left eye is acting wacky, my left nostril has the sniffles, my left inner cheek has a canker sore, & my left side feels weird]. Am I imagining this or am I falling apart?
