Socially distanced celebration of Caroline working as a carer here for 30 years. Each time a resident has been discharged from hospital during the pandemic  she and her sister volunteer to work the full 14 days of isolation, isolated with the resident. One does nights, the other days ; thus ensuring that any risk of cross infection is limited just to themselves. She is universally loved across her whole team...for good reason. She is the walking embodiment of the word care.
