view from Blackford Hill

Was great to be back out again, with our informal walking-group, after a lock-down break of 4-months ... 11 socially-distanced strollers enjoyed a really cracking day of weather, right across Edinburgh :-)

Main snap shows the view from our lunch-stop, near the top of Blackford Hill, just up from the Hermitage of Braid; and the extra shows some of the group wandering through Braidburn Valley Park (which was looking immaculate) later on during our circular route.

A very pleasant day indeed.
