The footpath

We went for an extra long walk this morning before it got too hot.  The winter wheat fields in the valley have all been harvested now.  The spring barley fields on the hill are golden on top but still green underneath.  I love the footpath through this one.  We spent the rest of the day enjoying the shade in the garden.
