Happy chickens

The chickens are laying really well at the moment. I collected 10 eggs today. Yesterday we moved their fence and six chickens got out. Even with four of us trying to catch them, we only managed to capture three. Last thing last night, they were getting hungry and so came into the field and hung around the fence. I was able to undo the fence and make a trail of food for them, which led them back to safety.
A fox killed 12 chickens belonging to someone in the village last week!!!
