Little grebe
Not a brilliant picture but one of the least awful photos that I took at Blackford Pond. I spent a lot of time looking for the little grebe chicks as it had been reported that there was now only one, but I'm glad to say that I saw two as before. The cygnets were all present and correct and now looking like small swans with grey/brown feathers. It was a lovely sunny day but not nearly as hot as some parts of England, I'm glad to say.
