Duddingston Loch

We were both awake early so went for a walk round the golf course. Did a little bit of housework before our daughter and son in law came round for pancakes for brunch!
In the afternoon my husband and I parked the car at the Commonwealth pool and then walked all the way round Holyrood Park. There were lots of people enjoying the beautiful weather but because the road was closed plenty of space for everyone.
Later on I watered all my pots and put 'feed and weed' down on all the grass. Finished the day on 21,000 steps, no wonder I'm tired!

Years ago I had a friend who lived in the white house to the left of the loch but his family no longer live there.
