Estuary view

On this very sunny warm day we all headed off to the beach.  It was still perfect conditions like yesterday, calm and not too crowded.  We also met my husbands two cycling friends there.  It was the first time our son had been in the sea this year and he was the first one in.  We all had a lovely swim and came out feeling refreshed.  There was even some breeze as we were drying off but it was such a warm breeze you didn't feel at all cold.  I took this photo looking up the estuary where it seems kayaking has become very popular.  We were back in time for lunch and later in the afternoon had tea with some friends in the garden.  By now it was very hot and any cooling breeze had died down but we enjoyed ourselves nevertheless.  Looks like its going to be a pretty warm night as well.
