Girls' night

Another hot day! Started with a yoga class which I think I am going to feel the effects of tomorrow. 

This evening I was lucky enough to be invited out with my friend J's friendship group - a lovely 'clutch' of ladies, two of whom I already have connections with. They were so welcoming and I enjoyed the evening - at a lovely hotel with a view of the island's second harbour.
