Smily Day!

Yes its time to smile today as we are recovering from a good night at home with our friends. They are the friends we spent New Years Eve with so it was nice to see them.

We are looking after Lily one of the grandchildren at lunchtime for a couple of hours as her mother has a viewing from someone who might buy her house.

Later this afternoon we are going to go to the library as I still haven't found Mary Bell who was born in Embsay in 1814/15 ish. I am trying to go down the female line of my family history. Her father was called John Bell. They were both common names so we will see if I manage to find them.
