TIRE TROUBLE

For once Mercedes got it wrong - the weird chess game of juggling variables that is a Formula One Grand Prix was won today by Max Verstappen driving for Red Bull.

Silverstone is notorious for being tough on tires being a long, very fast lap with loads of tight corners - involving wicked g-forces - especially on a day like today when you're better off walking on the shady side of the street...

And I watched a lot of snooker, cricket - and so to bed!
