Begonia

It's a cool and sunny day here today. I was picking the dead leaves off my begonia when I unintentionally clipped some flowers. The color is so striking and I wanted to keep them for a bit longer.

I'm working on my color studies for my art class. I'm not having an easy time understanding how the artist we're studying did so much with such limited color, and how his colors relate to each other. It's making me really think and that's a good thing. Takes my mind off other things.
