Sunday: Elderberries ...

... on the "Black Lace" elderflower https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2090233 - weather was so poor when it was in flower that I didn't make cordial this year, might try Elderberry Vodka!!
Today's gardening job was to start tidying the raspberry canes, cutting out ones which have fruited and the very thin weedy canes then tying in canes for next year's fruit and clearing the mess of plants underneath. Job done, we can walk along the path again!
We ate so many raspberries this year in spite of the rain, so many little bees pollinating the flowers, thank you to them x
Another success (surprisingly) are the courgette, have picked and eaten around 20 already.
