Bridlepath, Near Hints

I've bemoaned the flatness of the landscape near where I live. However, when I'm visiting Mum, I sometimes get the chance to drive along the old A5 towards Tamworth. Here you get glimpses of sweeping valleys and hills, woodland and knolls.

I had a bit of time and stopped. Fortuitously, it was just by this farmer's track. I liked the way the mist and rain helped to soften the landscape.
