more indulging me my favorite city…..

 Our virtual trip today....See Venice in a day ..of course not remotely possible, but the itinerary for today says, “Walking tour, Venetian mask making demo, (see this blip from 2015..much better than a “demo”..you could go back and forth for more Venice with 11 yo granddaughter Tatum) ,   San Marco and then free time : kids might want to swim on the Lido.”  Or have a gondola ride…


I'm thinking about Bellini, Titian, Tintoretto, Tiepolo, Veronese!

So this is Piazza San Marco…my book from 2000 on the left with 6 of us, (2 sons and wives) and sketch… and the  (much better) digital 2015 photos with Tatum there.   The whole right top of San Marco was under scaffolding.  I’m thinking about sitting on the shady side of the piazza for my cappuccino…
