Water water everywhere

We woke up to a stream running down the road. A leak had been reported Saturday, and I also registered it online on Sunday. As I saw the water encroaching this morning, I rang, and the water board said they had no record of it. 
My neighbour also rang, 20 minutes after me, and again was told there was no record.
The auditor in me took over, and within 2 hours we had a crew investigating.  I was told not to approach them on the phone, as they were socially distancing, but they were very keen to show me their discovery and how they had fixed it,   So I promised I’d blip it! (See extra)
