Stationary Wagon : MM342

This wagon is not going to move any time soon, so is definitely stationary.

A lot of small French towns like to decorate their main squares in summer. This is the nearby town of Vensac where they display a different selection of characters each year. I usually do a blip of them each summer. (Last year's is here.)
