River Ogmore

We enjoyed our recent visit so much we returned to Ogmore-by-Sea and walked in the opposite direction to last time, about a mile-and-a -half inland to Ogmore Castle (see extra). While the weather forecast should have been in our favour the heavens opened and we got pretty wet on the way back to the car. Still, it cleared long enough to eat our picnic lunch sat on a bench overlooking the sea :-)

The dishwasher saga was resolved this afternoon after two challenging phone calls and a visit to the store, which concluded with a full refund. And the good news is that we went to one of their competitors who had an equivalent model in stock and will fit it on Wednesday and for a lower installation fee. What could possibly go wrong now?!
