Spice rubbed seared venison (cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and mexican oregano), green beans with tomato, and potato noisettes (from frozen). Wine: Château Tour de Cazelle Côtes de Bourg 2015. Nice dinner, very nice wine.
